Kinfosupportal is the online customer support portal wherein Kinfotech’s customers can now log their support call with detailed description of issues. The support request will be given a Unique ID and confirmatory mail will be sent to customer as acknowledgment. The call gets assigned to the respective engineer and till the resolution , all of the activities on that particular case ID will be available for the customer to review.
